What is genital warts?

Viral infection: These are warts caused by a virus. This is common this day and age and is a sexually transmitted disease. They may be very visible or not visible at all. Guardisil is an immunization used to prevent certain sero types of the virus so as to help prevent cervical cancer. It is given to young females and some give it to males. The wart is caused by the human papilloma virus.

HPV growth: Genital warts are growths in that area or on the cervix that are caused by the human papilloma virus(HPV). If attached to the cervix the warts can cause a change in the normalcy of the pap smear and if untreated some strains go on to cervical cancer.

Tumor: A tumor caused by the human papillomavirus in the genital region.

Specialist: See a dermatologist for definitive diagnosis and treatment. If they really are just warts, treatments can be very simple... Just make sure you know what they are before treatment. Dermatologists are the specialist i would go to.
