Unlikely: While it is never a good idea to take any medication that is not necessary while pregnant - the risks if accidentally taking oral contraceptives during early pregnancy are minimal and should not have any negative consequences for the baby or mom.

No : Emergency contraception is simply a high-dose of female hormones. It disrupts ovulation and helps prevent pregnancy. It is not an abortive agent. It will not disrupt an already established pregnancy. A single dose is not going to affect a fetus either.

Levonorgestrel: I-pill is a brand of Levonorgestrel used for emergency contraception and is sold outside of states. It is best used within 72hours of unprotected sex to prevent pregnancy, not terminate. It is considered pregnancy category x and is not to be used during pregnancy although available data suggests no harm to mother or fetus if taken by accident. http://www.who.int/mediacentre/factsheets/fs244/en/.
