If you have no insurance please consider Pkanned Parenthood or a county health clinic where you are charged based on your ability to pay; your local ER is also a consideration. At the ER they can also do a CT scan to figure out what is going on in your belly

Try the health dept.: If your last period was in June and you have a mass/hard area in your abdomen with - home pregnancy tests, you need to be seen, The Health department is an option for those without insurance or medicaid. Call today and check about being seen. A full history and exam is necessary in order to say what is going on. Hope this helps.
