Call a local rape : Crisis center or find a psychologist or therapist trained in treating trauma, especially one with training in eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (emdr). Post-traumatic stress disorder (ptsd) is treatable with emdr & with cognitive-behavioral therapy.

PTSD also requires that the therapist explores with you how this has effected your feelings about life, safety, predictability of your future. An analytically trained therapist can be very helpful as well in these areas. Please read "the Loss of the Assumptive World" by Jeffrey Kauffmann. Good luck to you in your recovery and don't forget to rain spiritually centered as you go through your life

This is good advice. Especially, as Dr. Jacobson has reminded both of us, do not overlook the power of spiritual guidance / good pastoral care.
