Steroids nonsurgical: You have phimosis. You want a nonsurgical method to make it better. You are 43. It is unlikely that a non surgical method will be successful but steroid cream may help. You will need to see a doctor to get the prescription. If this is intended for you child then repost the question. For a child you would want to know the age and seeing a pediatric urologist would be best.
