Maybe: Vulvodynia is a persistent pain in the skin around the entrance to the vagina. It is possible to also feel pain in the inner thighs or rectum, especially if the pelvic floor muscles are tightening involuntarily (vaginismus). It's a good idea to see your GP or local GUM clinic because vulvodynia is unlikely to get better on its own & there are other causes of pain that need to be ruled out.
