MD general medicine: At age 33 if you have had diabetes 2 for ten years, life style changes are needed like exercise and weight loss. In india a physician with md general medicine should be able to help you or a physician who specializes in diabetes. Ed needs to be evaluated which may or may not be associated with dm especially you mention premature ejaculation as that could be psychological.
