Get help: Dear helpp - if you are feeling suicidal & think you may act on it- please obtain help at your nearest er. If excessive masturbation is causing problems in your life such that it intferes with relationships, occupation or recreational activities - then you likely need behavioral health assistance. Since it doesn't cause premature balding - that wouldn't be a reality based reason to kill yourself.
