This is ED: What you describe is exactly what ed is - the inability to achieve or maintain an erection. It doesn't have to happen every time. It is common in younger men to experience ed with intercourse but not masturbation at first for reasons not completely understood. Medications (like viagra, (sildenafil) etc...) can help, and in younger men are only needed for a short time. See your doctor for an assessment.
