Not foreskin: Is he on any medication? Masturbation is in general a more intense stimulation than vaginal sex. If you are satisfied with the sex, once you are done you could help him by doing it manually for him, i.e., give him a hand job. There is nothing wrong, just a normal variation. Not being circumcised is not the issue.
