Performance anxiety: If you are able to get an erection and climax with masturbation, then phsycially your body is healthy and nutritional supplements are safe and will only make a difference if you believe they will. Avoid alcohol before sex, enjoy the physical and emotional closeness with your partner, and your erection will occur naturally.

Sad road to follow: You may want to discuss your history with a urologist that works with male performance issues. You may find it easier to get erect in the privacy of your self sex moments, but if you continue to go down that path you may be patterning your brain to exclude other forms of sexual expression.(partner sex) Take whatever supplements you wish, they won't change the patterning you are creating.
