Often times this is due to other medical issues such as diabetes, high cholesterol etc. Therefore i recommend you see your primary care provider for a history and physical. Likely psychosocial: You are changing the "pattern, " and it is making you anxious. Likely you will need more time and practice to get used to an actual partner. Be sure you are not masturbating while trying to improve performance with partner. Also, can "start" with some self-stimulation to obtain erection, then once safe (use condoms!) sex begins, should help keep you focused. If not, do see a urologist.
