Depends: Pregnancy rate depends on multiple factors such as the type of fertility treatment , your response to medications, sperm condition etc...At age 48 the chances of pregnancy are extremely low < 2% regardless of the fertility treatment , infect fertility treatments at age 48 using are not recommended when using your own eggs.
