Amount?: Depends how much you drink. Social drinking 1-2 nights a week probably has no effect; regular daily alcohol will affect your sperm parameters.

Yes: Alcohol and tobacco, particularly in excess and over long periods of time, do negatively affect sperm count and fertility.
