Yes: Your body can "remember" past trauma even from childhood. It may not come in the form of coherent, conscious statements but would be more likely in the form of symptoms like body pain. Muscle tension and even habitual physical postures can happen too. Hopefully you're working in psychotherapy with someone familiar with somatic experiencing, emdr, and cognitive processing. Be well.
