Examples of the above include aerobic exercises, cut down sugars & caffeine & salt intake, increase fiber, adequate rest & sleep, supplements such as calcium & vitamin e, prozac, oral contraceptive pills, progesterone, diuretics, clonidine, nsaids, chasteberry, st. Johns wort, essential fatty acids, & evening primrose oil.
