Not by kissing: No documented cases of gonorrhea and chlamydia spread by kissing. It is possible to get chlamydia from infected saliva, but not very likely.Gonorrhea can be transmitted in both directions when oral sex is performed on a man, and throat infections with gonorrhea are notoriously difficult to treat.Chlamydia can also by spread by oral sex.
