Relatively quickly.: Unfortunately, testicular cancer generally tends to grow rapidly relative to other cancers. It then tends to spread, in a fairly predictable pattern, to the lymph nodes behind the abdominal cavity, then potentially to other organs. This makes prompt diagnosis and treatment very important. If you feel a mass in the testicle, don't delay evaluation and see your physician as soon as possible.
