2 days: Sulfa can effect the metabolism of birth control by interfering with liver metabolism. Sulfa should "wash out" in a few days. To be safe in 3 days the estrogen should be good after stopping sulfa.

No,: Sulfamethoxazole does not inhibit the effects or reduce the efficacy of reclipsen but anytime time you take an antibiotic while taking birth control its a good idea to consider a secondary form of contraception and to consult your pharmacist.
