Peyronie's disease?: Inguinal hernia repair does not involve the erectile elements of the penis. I have heard of people developing erectile problems after inguinal her is repair, but two events that happen close in time ate not necessarily related by cause and effect. I would consider seeing a urologist if it is persistent or progressive. Of course, talk to your surgeon first.
