Meds vac or implant: Medication such as viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis are first line of treatment. Then consider a vacuum device otherwise implantation of a testicular prosthesis. Prostheses are placed within the corporal rods of the penis and come either inflatable or semi-rigid.
