Perhaps: Yes, it is possible. If the spotting occurred approximately 2 weeks after your period began, it coincides with the time of ovulating and a bit of spotting at the time of ovulation is very common. If the time of intercourse was well removed from the usual time interval of ovulation, pregnancy is much less likely.
