Penile Lesions: See your dermatologist for a diagnosis. Unless the lesions are seen, it is very difficult to make a diagnosis. The bumps could be a virus called molluscum contagiosum. The bumps could be warts. The bumps could be cysts. The bumps could be hair follicles. The lesions need to be seen to have a diagnosis.
