Can genital herpes symptoms always include blisters?

Not always: Herpes typically looks like blisters with clear, yellow fluid on a red base. They are usually grouped tightly together. Most of the time they will be blisters but they can also present as open sores.

Mostly: The classical symptoms are small blisters which burst and look like an ulcer..After a week the ulcer heals spontaneously because the virus moves up into nerves. Later the cycle keeps repeating
