Does it ever happen that a minor inguinal hernia, mainly exhibiting as occasional testicle pain, be healed by non-surgical methods?

If the hernia: Is definitely present, no. If it is a question of a hernia with muscle strain, resting the area and nsaid's will help. An ultrasound exam will tell you whether or not there is definite hernia. Hernia is a mechanical defect and the solution is surgical repair.
