I have testicular pain which i believe it is epididymitis. my urine test shows presence of staphylococcus aureus. does staphylococcus aureus cause epididymitis?

It can. Your self diagnosis is wrong. Acute epidid. causes a large swelling redness etc. chronic is rare. Chances are that the urine culture is a contaminant- if you have no urinary symptoms. Have it repeated. Try a scrotal support. If not better pl see a Urologist. Good luck
