Very good afternoon doctors. what are the typical symptoms of an angiokeratoma close to the scrotum, and how is this type of angiokeratoma usually treated?

They are asymptomatic purplish tiny round areas on the scrotum causing no symptoms. If they need treatment they can be lasered or cauterized
