Should i be concerned about several angiokeratomas on my scrotum. much of what i read online indicate it's normal to see these as men age. no pain.

Benign: They are benign.No treatment is necessary unless you want themgine then options are electrocautery,laser or cryotherapy. Rarely do patients present with this as a complaint.
