A month ago she got pimples on one side of her belly, the dr said its herpes zoster gave her a treatment and it was gone but today it started again its still one pimple but thats how it started before why she is getting them? what to do?

Return to her pediatrician ASAP. If zoster is confirmed again, she'll need treatment with valacyclovir or acyclovir, and perhaps vaccination to prevent future recurrences.
