Hello had vaginal intercourse without condom. had pcr quantitave test 11 days after exposure which comes back negativ. was this not to early to do this test ? next step 4th generation test @ day 28. greetings?

The negative PCR is highly reliable but not quite conclusive. Your negative 4th gen result in 28 days will make it conclusive. (By themselves, AgAb i.e. 4th gen tests are conclusive after 45 days, but the combination of these results is equally conclusive.) Any one episode of unprotected vaginal sex is very low risk anyway, even if the female partner is infected, transmission chance 1 in 2500.
