Can orchiodectomy (removing both testis) operation done to a 19 year old?

Can or should? The procedure is possible for any consenting adult. It should be approached after a full understanding of why it is requested. For some who seek it as a solution to necessary medical problems it can be a great solution. When the request is made with the expectation it will solve an emotional/mental health quest it may not. Collaboration with a life coach is essential.

I know of no reason for removal of both testes in a person that age for a medical codition
