How long can chlamydia/gonorrhea live outside the body in environments like toilet water/paper? if one of my orifices comes into contact with those environments, could i be at risk of transmission?

Nobody ever gets these STDs in this circumstance. STD bacteria and viruses evolved to require sex itself for transmission, not merely superficial contact with the genital area. Zero risk, no worries.
