Not too many: The two conditions can be remarkably similar. Gc usually presents with more pain and purulent discharge, but have seen the same thing with non-gonococcal urethritis, usually due to chlamydia. Guessing is nowhere as good as being diagnosed and treated appropriately. And would you believe you can have both simultaneously.
