When pulling my stomach in my left testicles pulls up/shrinks (immediately) and when i push my stomach out or lean forward it almost look like it drops down a tiny bit 0,5-1cm & enlarges. right side is completely unaffected. is this normal?

That maneuver apparently contracts your cremaster muscle which does pull up your testicle. As long as there is no associated discomfort, this is entirely normal & harmless. The left testicle is usually larger than the right. If you still have concerns, consult a urologist for evaluation and advice.
