Doc,what is d chance of having a vaginal birth while vaginal is so tight due to no sexual intercourse since after conception. will it affect d chance?

Not a problem: Regular intercourse is not required to "open" the pathway. The body will accommodate a vaginal delivery because it is designed to do so. However, not all women have a pelvic structure that makes delivery easy & baby must cooperate to avoid a C-section. This would be a factor either way.
