You watch the symptom for now + drinking more fluid in the next 24-48 hours. If the urethra is truly irritated with soap, symptom should completely resolve in 24 -48 hours. If symptom persists and urethral discharge occurs, you should see your doctor, especially risk of STD is present. Good luck.
