STD? Or normal?: Abnormal urethral discharge usually is an STD: gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). But "clear" often is not abnormal, maybe just overnight pre-ejaculate fluid that occurs normally with nocturnal erections. OTOH, painful urination could suggest STD. See a doctor or clinic soon for examination, testing, and treatment. Maybe nothing wrong, but better safe than sorry. Good luck!
