Its 3 days before my period.while going poop i was straining alot. haven't drank enough water last 3 days. i happened to look down & saw stringy egg white consistency discharge either coming from vagina or rectum. i couldn't tell for sure.is this bad?

I think you expelled mucus from your rectum. This isn't a serious matter. It can occur with irritable bowel syndrome and constipation. Excessive amounts of mucus or bloody.mucus is more concerning.
