A 33-year-old female asked:

A few days before my menstrual cycle starts, i get paliparations, dizziness, nauseated, feeling like im off balance and foggy brain. my cycle is very unbalanced, and never on time. tubal ligation in 2018, what could be happening?

Symptoms as described can occur at age "33" and older based on the body reaction to the abrupt drop in estrogen just prior to menstruation. From mid-30's on until menopause, "PMS" can occur as the ovarian production of estrogen is much higher due to higher stimulation of the ovaries. Ask your GYN physician about low dose oral bcp's to alleviate these symptoms.
