When symptoms are caused by a pregnancy a simple urine pregnancy test done on a first morning urine will be positive. Your exposure makes pregnancy unlikely. Some normally regular women will occasionally skip a cycle or two. If the delay goes past 60-90 days an OBGYN may prescribe meds to trigger menses if a pregnancy test is negative.
