I am 7 days late on my period. ive been having light headaches i feel a tingling sensation in my stomach i am also bloated most of the days but my breast are not tender. i also have mild cramping my period is usually regular.

"late period"?'s: With "regular periods", if pregnancy is possible and you have a delay in onset, get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Stress (work, school, emotional) can cause a delay in ovulation, which will delay the next "period".
