Hard to know: Without doing a physical exam. See a urologist. Ultrasound can help to see what it is that you are feeling.

Urologist referral: Any mass in the scrotal area needs to be checked out.You will need scrotal ultrasound to differentiate the mass.It is imperative , you see urologist.
