You should not take any beta blocker. If you take a beta blocker for controlling high heart rate, a non-dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker such as diltiazem or verapramil can be used instead. If you take it for hypertension, there are may alternative drugs which do not have much adverse effect on sexual function.
