2 painless lumps under penis only visible when erect. (when it's too straight). it does not squeeze or move when pressed. no other symptoms. both are small, one smaller than the other. it is located just under the skin on the left side of the penis?

You should have this looked at in person- from your description it is hard to tell- it can be anything from a pimple to a cyst to a blood vessel - moreover, you should be evaluated for STD's.

It sounds like sebaceous cysts but cant be accurately diagnosed without exam. Best to see a Urologist.
