This description suggests a fibroma (a small benign tumor), sebaceous cyst, or similar anomaly. It's not an STD and probably nothing serious. But see a doctor if it persists and you remain concerned.

It is hard to say what it is without exam. From your description it does not seem anything serious. If it does not go away or gets larger in 4-6 weeks pl get checked out by a Urologist

I'm a 24 year old circumcised male. I recently noticed a small bump on the underside of the shaft of my penis, about halfway down. It is about the size of a BB, doesn't hurt or itch, seems attached to the skin above, and is easily moved around.

Lump on penis shaft that I've had for nearly 7 years. Its the size of a pea and I'm able to grab the lump with both my fingers. It isn't visible and can only be felt when touched. The skin nearly matches my penis skin. Is it penile cancer?
