If your MD agrees that you're a candidate for it, a low dose of an anabolic steroid like halotestin can improve libido in females. Viagra has been shown to increase blood flow to the female's genitals thereby increasing sexual arousal. This would be an off label use of Viagra though.

Would start with current Olanzapine prescriber as adjusting dose or switching to a different antipsychotic may suffice. It has to do with how good of a response is noted, Olanzapine is known to cause such effects in up to 35% patients taking it.
