I have been suffering from phimosis for over 2 years....i don't wanna operate it....what will be the future effect of it if i don't operate?

Needs to be fixed: Application of prescription strength steroid cream like 0.1% Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone) applied to the tight phimotic area, whilst you gently pull back on skin, twice daily for 6 - 12 weeks may relieve problem. Can recur when u stop applications. Circumcision is best to permananently take care of problem. Untreated phimosis, unclean, likely to develop balanitis inflammation) & risk of penile cancer.
