Urologist: Consultation with a Urologist would be recommended to see what are the options for treatment. Sometimes they will recommend circumcision. Provided you do not have any pain this does not have to be urgent, but should pain occur you will need to be seen soon. Good luck.

See urologist...: You probably have so-called urethritis xerotica obliterans, which slowly contract the originally normal soft flexible opening to become pin-hole like rigid one, and is related with lichen sclerosis et atrophicus & oftentimes long tight foreskin.
