You may have a referred pain, those procedures do not involve the vagina. However, if you observe discharge or blood coming out from the vagina along with the pain, you should see a GYN doctor. Rarely, a procedure done in the rectum can damage the genital organ in front of the rectum. i.e. the vagina, due to their anatomic proximity but I doubt with just hemorrhoid banding.
