My father recently had a colonoscopy. now 1 or more hemorrhoids have burst, are bleeding, and he has a slight fever. advice?

Bleeding hemorrhoids: Please have your father see a physician to look at the area, try and stop the bleeding, and see if antibiotics are justified. If the colonoscopy was within the week, call the gastroenterologist who did the procedure and arrange for follow up just to be sure there were no complications involved. Urgent care if no improvement if bleeding does not slow within 15 minutes. 911 if profuse bleeding.
